Never buy anything from Eureka Forbes my new vaccum cleaner stopped working in the second month and I am following up for service since 45 days.. all they say is sorry for inconvenience we have escalated the complaint and then nothing will happen.. I have a fancy looking vacuum which I cannot use at all… I wish I could give negative start.. they don’t deserve one star also

The accessory shown here for which I mainly bought this second cleaner (already have a robotic cleaner for floor) for cleaning grills windows upholstery blinds etc was missing . Both Amazon and Eureka forbes they cant do anything about it and accepted that the image is misleading. Worst experience
