I found this purifier wastes hell lot of water while compared to HUL Pureit models. While I extract 7 ltrs of water, the waste water fills a 16 ltr bucket. So, the wastage is around 70%. I have no option now but to continue with this. Aquaguard should further promote its R&D team to explore on how to reduce this wastage. In today’s world where we are struggling to get water by shelling out excess money towards water tankers, models like this add further to our woes.

Local Store: The same product in local store after all there offers and reduction came to 19.900 if I have bought it from local store I could have got the purifier working on the same day, bought it from Amazon so delay in delivery and delay on installation.

Installation :- I called there number listed in the listing, I talked to there sales and registered a ticket for installation of the unit (regional south Indian languages are available) said will install in 2 days time, Second day eureka Forbes representative called and said technician will come on day 2 for installation, they didn’t come that day. On 2nd day I called up the service centre and they guaranteed me that technician/plumber will come on morning next day, and he came in the said day and time and completed the installation within 30 mins.

Product: This is the first time I am using a Water purifier with RO and TDS, previous one I use was UF and UV.
Taste of the water has changed its little sweet compared to plain no flavor water we got from old purifier. I like the taste feels like bottled water but Mrs find the sweetness strange.
When the product work it makes a small sound, this is not a silent product, and yes as previous review said it does waste lot of water while doing machines job.

Will update as things happen to the product and my experience with eureka Forbes. As of now I am happy and will recommend this from a week of usage..

Not at all value for money. This product doesn’t even lasts a year and everytime the filter costs 5000.0 rs plus the maintenance charges. Eureka Forbes very smartly says the filter or the ro uv kit doesn’t comes under warranty and every year you need to change it. This becomes an eternal cycle where you have to keep paying the company 5k or more every year. Even the 20litre mineral water jar costs less then 100 and lasts for a week, so annually 4.8K. Complete wastage of money combined with pathetic service. They did not even provided my 1st free service after 6 months and after 11 months and 10 days they come for servicing and say the filter is damaged and not covered under warranty even though the warranty period is 1 year. The product is also faulty as the indicator which should show the filter not working or service required was never triggered, but their technician says its damaged. Clear strategy of making fools and earning.

We placed an order for this aquaguard just before rumours of a lockdown had started circulating. We had been drinking bisleri water and the thought of ordering cans from outside during the pandemic was giving us nightmares. After the order was placed the first lockdown was announced and the order was in transit. When I could not see my order’s location in transit I remember making frantic calls to Amazon and the exceutives were unable to update with the location of the water filter. I was worried about it getting stuck on the way in the lockdown. I was also worried that even if it arrived the aquaguard executives may not be able to install it in time. But it arrived exactly two days before the lockdown was to begin. As soon as it arrived at our main gate the aquaguard executives called me up to confirm its arrival and installed it for me. They had been the ones keeping track of the water purifier in transit as well as arrival. They made sure everything was done in time. I’m grateful to Aquaguard as well as Amazon for saving us from ordering water cans from outside JUST IN TIME.

I purchased this product in 2018 and till now, June 2021, I did not have to get it serviced even once. IT just goes on and on and on and on and on. Superb water quality, sometimes its salty, but most of the times it is very very tasty.
In 2020 during the lockdown, for one or 2 days little green substances were present in the water called algae, but when I called customer care, they said its ok and will go away in a few days, they were right, within 3 days the green substance called Algae vanished.
Many people get their product serviced once in 1 year cause their purifier alerts them, but not this one, this one is very strong it serves you continuously, the lights never flash.
Even if you want to change the candle, the customer service assures you that you don’t have to, not because the spares to this purifier are non existent and not available, its because YOU DONT HAVE TO CHANGE IT, according to them.
Perfect for those who like perpetual machines.
My suggestion is that or Government should use this to treat waste water and replace those expensive waste water plants. It will save a lot of tax payers money.

Main machine is well,but accessories parts are not same as in seems on picture, like valve,in picture there shows stainless steel valve but in package I got a plastic valve(local company), which is very bad quality…..!!
