The media could not be loaded.
I bought this mixer through Amazon when I shifted to a new home . On 5th of June we planned to used this machine and when we switched on the mixer it made big sound and stopped working I switched off the machine a removed it from socket and checked it I found that jar got dislocation and threads got scratched and rotator got dislocated as well I contacted Hyderabad Faber service center and they said they will send some one after two days they sent a person to pickup mixer this happened on 7th June.
I called them on 14th June to know status and they informed me that they raised a request for spare parts and they make take some more time so I contacted them again on 20th june again they told me they awaiting spares and it may take 7to 10 days .
I again contacted them on 5th of july then they started saying I changed the plug ping of the mixer as per my home socket so they can’t repair it .
I called customer care and raise a complaint they also provided me the number of Area sales person o messaged him on what’s app he viewed the messages and didn’t reply I tried calling him he didn’t pickup the calls I become clue less who to contact on this .
Today sent me the un repaired mixed without the jar and when I asked they told me in their job sheet they only have mixer mentioned .After confronting them they brought back my in repaired jar as well
I have never expected this kind of experience from Faber .

Got rusted in just week time. Gave multiple complaints to Faber but no use. Don’t waste your money. Faber is looting the money by selling cheap quality useless product.
