Faber Altroz is a really good water purifier.
I have been using it for couple of weeks and water tastes really good.
Amazon delivery was fast. And Faber technician were prompt to install it the very next day.
I am quite impressed with service so far.
My first purifier started leaking from the body day after installation but Amazon and Faber were quick to replace with new one.

The product is good, and also offer value for money. But the service they provide is really bad. They don’t provide spare parts to the service center and will deliver that post check up. Takes several month to get parts
As per the official customer care person it will take atleast 20 days to change a faulty part. But reality differs I have had a faulty part for 70 days and have still not gotten the service done.
So only buy this product if either you can live without the water for months atleast or you have more than 1 water purifier at your home
In short if your Life is going smoothly and you want some advenchers or you are being fedup of the good night sleep you are getting this is the product for you.

A long distance delivery is a cause of concern, as the parts get displaced for ex: pipes, which has to be again checked for leaks and tediously repaired by the technician. Wish this model had a full tank indicator. Not sure if it gives entire10 ltrs output. It’s suddenly got defuct and filter doesn’t seem to run.

Using it for more than a month with no complains. I bought it becuase of my fridens suggestion and I am bery much satisfied with the product as of now.
Only convern is Faber service which is quite slow and not up to mark.

Franke_Faber – Reaching the Toll Free is not an easy, will take atleast 30 mins. Better book online installation request/complaint.

Product – Received with minor broken parts, replaced by Mr S Karthik and completed the installation.
Yet to see the free service and maintenance.

No installation done yet. No one contacted yet from faber for the installation. Request done On website and through phone too.
Can’t say anything about the product as it’s still packed. But definitely the installation isn’t that quick as compared to other competitors.
09 0ct. Just got it installed today and was nicely done so far by the technicians.
Still can’t rate the product without using. Just a bit concerned about the fast filling of the tank. Hopefully it gets settled after using for a day or so.
For the looks and the technicians, changing Rating to 4 star.
18th OCT
water stoppped coming from the RO tank and on checking, found that it’s not getting filled at all. The machine is vibrating much more than the usual but still no water going in the RO.
Filed a complaint with the company. But I must say it’s not a smooth experience so far in the first 10 days of purchase itself. Installation issue, and then the filters weren’t working initially and now it stopped filling only.
The product is already dismantled so many times in a week but still not functioning. Company should better replace the faulty product at first place only, rather than giving so much inconvenience to the customers.
