The machine stopped working. Before that the machine produced undesirable sound
It bis under warrenty period. What shall I do?

This mixer grinder is a life-saver. Need not think twice to buy this. It does the job perfectly. The blades are so sharp and is the best for grinding. I also use this for dosa/idli batter and the texture has turned out to be so smooth and of perfect consistency. This product also looks classy in my kitchen.
The only regret is not buying the 4 jar Candy model because that even has a fruit filter perfect for juicing.

The mixer grinder stopped working entirely in less than six months of use. I have been chasing the Faber customer care support, have emailed them multiple times but there is no response from them whatsoever. What is the point of claiming that the product carries a warranty, if customers aren’t even able to get in touch with the company once the money is taken from the customer and the product is sold. Extremely pathetic service is not expected for such an expensive product and a renowned brand. This is a completely Worthless brand Faber, please do not buy and lose your money
