Product is truly very very bad. I have buying this product before 2 month . The product has been having problems since the purchase of the product. Please don’t buy this product, it is my suggestion.

Metallic knob gives shock while using external lighter for ignition.
One of the burner got problems in 4 month, it has been 6 months still waiting for the service guy to come for repair.
After ignition you have to hold it for few seconds else flame will shut down, causing wastage of fuel.

This product has got damaged. How do i go about its replacement or repair?

such an expensive product from faber but facing so many issues with botton heating flame on glass ans flam taking time. not worth

There were issues on big burner get auto off when we use big vessels. I have to buy a extra fittings which cost 1400 from the service guys. After 2 months use the auto ignition got trouble and has to replace that part. Even in warranty they charge me Rs 300. Overall experience is average.
