I have certain expectations, and this is my honest review of the toaster oven. My first issue observed was how the temperature did not match the dial; higher by almost 50 degrees C. I use my oven oven thermometer to dial in my baking. Second, the wire rack is thin. It does not feel sturdy and bends under an average amount of weight. It feels like an obvious cost cut. Finally, I have two design nick-picks. The handle has an issue once the door is down. If you are taking out or putting in objects, you are likely to burn your fingers trying to get the door back up. It is difficult to get a hold of the door bar once horizontal, but this is an issue for many other ovens. The other design issue is the corrugated metal that holds the racks inside the oven. With a thin wire rack and the allowance for clearance, the shelf may collapse if you shift objects about. Also, the corrugated sides are broken up into two columns, so, again, if removing racks, it is likely the shelf would fall or go askew if removing objects. Overall, the thin racks give a cheep feel, and the design issues makes it less attractive. The oven works and is a good size, but you must consider what is important to you, as you will live with it for some time.

I received the item in OK condition. First day use is seemed to be satisfactory. Only thing I noticed there was no SS Tong with the package. Actually as per box description there was a SS Tong inside. Please send me the SS Tong immediately.
