After purchase, we are facing low flame issue from both burners alternately every 15-20 days. Have logged about 9-10 complaint calls till date with Faber for the issue faced. The executive comes, perform basic servicing and resolves the issue. This has been ongoing for past 9 months now. The purchase was made in Nov 2020. Currently one of the burner has started giving the low flame issue again and will log a complaint call again shortly. Very pathetic product.
