This review comes after 3 months use in watching lectures online.
Price – Good (purchased in 2k from offline store)
Packaging – Very Good
Sound Quality – Very Good
Build Quality – Poor (band got broken from one side and the other side is in damaged state)
Customer Service – Poor.
Won’t recommend this. Service Center/Customer Care people wont help you as they call this a physical damage which can’t be claimed. Brand’s twitter handle won’t respond in case of a problem, it’s just a fancy setup.
I found a way to make it working through Plastic Welding. I think, after the second side is damaged, I will have to get that done on the other side, as well, in the future.
Edit (20-MARCH-2022): After a long struggle (6 months) of tweeting and customer care followup, to fix a broken headset, person named Mith Oswal followed up as part of grievance redressal. He had got a replacement done for me. I have started using the replaced new product. Let’s see. Thanks anyway for finally handling damaged product and my complaint.

Sound quality is very good. Purchase it from market to save your money. I got this at Rs 2300. Go for it.

I have used other finger’s too but this one comprises a lot with the quality of song, there’s just great loudness.
