Works well, seems hotter than other oven or toaster for the same setting. Cooking time is shorter than cooking instruction. Down side is unlike regular toaster oven that starts baking right away, this one has warming up time.

Can just repeat what all the other 1 star ratings say.
The display went bad after a short time. Hard to read anything. Some “pixels” have gone out, other stay on all the time. Can’t figure out what it is set on or trying to say.
Controls are ridiculously hard to figure out and set. Constant rotating through options instead of just being able to pick one. THEN get one set and move another dial and it changes what you had set to begin with. Can almost never set it to what you really want.
It gets very hot.
It takes forever to pre-heat.
Air fryer burns on one side.

Bought this unit in June 2021. I use it almost daily; it’s great as a second oven when preparing multiple recipes for a meal. I like the many functions, it heats up quickly, and it’s easy to use. I like the optional pre-heat option (you can override that if you want to just turn it on, just hold down the button). But there are more cons than pros. Here’s why I’m going to buy a different unit to replace this one:
– the LED display is slowly failing. Currently one segment is completely out (see pic) and one is fading. This is odd to me; I’ve had the same digital display clock radio for 40 years, on every day, and all the lights still work.
– the baking tray is of poor quality. It rusted/stained very easily; I always need to cover it with foil or parchment paper.
– it’s hard to clean under the door. It’s a very narrow area (a toothpick and paper towel does the trick but it’s not ideal!)
– the air fryer temperature setting caps at 400 degrees. Some recipes call for 425 or 450.
– the air fryer doesn’t work as well as dedicated air fryer units. Don’t expect your oil-free potatoes to get crispy.
– you can’t set the temperature exactly, only in 25 degree increments.
– for baking, you need to adjust the temperature down or else you’ll have a burnt mess.
It’s a shame this unit has so many drawbacks. But I still think it is a decent, affordable option while it lasts.

Nice & large! Lots of settings & still slightly confused on how to change temp for a preset item but it’s getting used. Great for toasting & baking so far. Was in my price range.

Need alot of counter space and recommend heat protecting “pad”. This is a large air fryer and can’t sit against a back wall (need to sit 4 to five inches from wall).
