Once you stick it to your surface. Be sure to hold it there and press hard for about a minute. I put it up, immediately put the headphones on it and they fell the next day. So be careful or use a third party sticky adhesive that is stronger.

Mais les adhésifs ne tiennent pas du tout

Nice looking stand, work very well for short periods. They include two adhesive pads to stock it to your wall (there are no screws). I followed the instructions the first one lasted 4 hrs before the adhesive gave out, the second pad lasted a whole 18 hrs……..and that was with a light headphone. Terrible

I bought it for my gaming headset ,leaving it laying around was an eye sore.Very easy to assemble with the instructions included and it comes with 2 double sided adhesive cutouts for the mount.I’ve had it up for about two weeks and zero issues I don’t know what the other people that purchased did wrong but this mount looks sleek and does the job.
Update: still holding up fine would definitely purchase again.
