Although a high end chimney bt everything is inferior.when it sucks the air the steel sheet makes noise which shows that steel is nt sturdy at all.hydrolic also makes noise while opening and closing.really waste of money.glen people are also non coperative.dont buy this product

Chimney hydraulic stopped working within 3 months and hood/flap is not opening. It’s been 3 weeks the complaint was raised and the hydraulic parts is not fixed yet. Both Glen call center and the vendor are pathetic in responding properly with exact date when this will be fixed. Imagine what is the situation of my kitchen now without chimney for last 3 weeks. Every other day you have to keep calling them and either the phone is busy or they will not answer. This leads me to thinking that so many customers are having problems with Glen’s products. Glen call center says we will inform the service center to call you but nothing happened. All my trust with Glen is going away as each week is passing by. Won’t recommend anyone to buy Glen in Bangalore. They don’t understand customer’s pain.
