Really classy looking kettle. Does the job and looks really elegant. The concealed element makes it easy to clean.

Good Product but surface of the kettle becomes rusty/faid after using 2-3 times which looks not good because of transperent quality

They product is good for use. The led light was not working properly
Main drawback :- It only works in power plug. It cannot be plugged into universal socket. It requires power plug socket to plug in, which is not accessible to all places.

This was my third attempt at buying an electric kettle online through Amazon. The first two attempts had led to faulty products and I was losing faith in buying such products online.
The Glen 9012 multipurpose kettle changed that perception. I feverishly opened the package and connected to plug to the socket. My wife and I were delighted when the product worked as expected.
The transparent kettle is just awesome. Just love the blue backlight.

Its a glass kettle very beautiful and sturdy but it has gap inside its chamber which makes it very difficult to clean…. Overall satisfied…!!!!

One of the worst product and product service. The kettle went kaput within 3 months and for some reason the heating elements melted through the base. Then took it for service under warranty and the service center was a shady place, initially they said spare have to arrive, the technician was missing and finally got back the working kettle back after a month and a half. But then it went kaput again a month later. Lost interest it getting it serviced again. Moving on, no more Glen products.
