Product is good but door lock is a broken other wise is a good

Product looks good. Finish is great. It’s dark grey metallic. The 272l model has sufficient space for food storage for 2-4 persons. It’s convertible so we have 4 options for cooling which I liked because they seem thoughtful as well as power saving. Sound is very less. The fridge part door has a bit powerful vacuum so you need to pull it a little hard.
Amazon Delivery experience was not good as the product came one day early even after scheduling it while buying. So it’s actually no point in scheduling as it may come anytime.

Within 1 month of installation,the cooling power has reduced. When called the technician, got to know that the coolant gas was empty in the freezer. Now I doubt whether I have recieved new refrigerator or old. Can’t even exchange now.

The backside tray is fixed and can’t remove so we have manully empty water from it everything else is perfect

Product is very good but the delivery team is pathetic in behaviour. They are rude to the customers. When they came for delivery only elders in home and the delivery team is insisting them to take the product from gate. At least they have to place it inside my home not in gate.
