Maine ye Fridge 10 November ko buy Kiya tha aur uske kuch din baad kharab ho gayi then mechanic home visit pe aake banaya free of charge then abhi 10 March se firse fridge kharab ho gayi hai aur aaj 24 March ho gaya still my problem not solved and I am hate Godrej now and it’s my last purchase from Godrej.

Water leakage started within the first couple of days. We registered a complaint with Godrej but the technician made us believe that it is a minor issue, did some fixes, and asked us to wait for a few days on two occasions. Between this period our return window ended. I am also trying to contact Amazon customer care for the last 4 to 5 days but they made it very difficult to reach them.
Lessons learned: First, Avoid buying high-value items from Amazon. Second, immediately ask for a replacement even if it is a very minor issue
