well it was quite good when it started but,it started making noises when it was spinning and eventually it stopped. After I switched it off and started it again, it actually made weird sounds while washing even a bit of clothes. After a bunch of tries I figured it out that it works the best without making any sounds in the heavy and delicate mode. Their are no other issues though, and I would suggest that you may buy it but keeping this in mind that this is best for a family of three

The program and performance quality is really bad .. I wash my Clothes on Heavy wash program … but still it doesn’t wash the clothes properly even after taking 3 times wash of full tank water (around 150litre)… Really upset with the purchase.. Don’t buy this product

Clothes are not clean properly. After clothes washing it’s look like one more wash is needed by hand not from machine. bad products I seen ever.

Doesn’t work properly from day one. Called to customer care executive there time’s with in 20 days but problem not solved. The machine repeats the process of rinse several times
