It has a good battery life and a good sound

Received it on 24th of Jan. Used it for 3months and these are my opinions.
• Noise: Quite good comparatively but it doesn’t have the highest volume, also the transition between the volume isn’t linear.
• Visual aesthetics: looks really aesthetic visually. Lowkey over-the-ear
• Battery: works for a realllyyyyyy long time. On average, use it for 7hours straight and still it could work for longer, even after 45minutes of charging.
The problem I’m facing right now is the customer service. There are no service centers in Mumbai, so when problem arrives, it definitely won’t be helpful. Not quick on replies as well.

Using these headphones for over a month. They easily pair up with 2 devices, also the sound quality is much better in the aux mode.
I did find a problem, while on calls due to the microphone positioning, it’s on the upper side and hence you r not clearly audible to the other person unless you are loud enough.
Rest all .. the build quality nd finish of the headphones is premium.

The were a bit tight when i first wore them
But, became a perfect fit later
Not really an over the ear headphone
But it did cover my ears fully
And hence the outside noise was reduced
Sound quality is really good considering the price
But,
In my case,the headphone extender part of the headphones was really brittle
Hence, it broke when i applied some pressure (it was stuck)
Now,Coming to warranty
REALLY BAD SERVICE
On the warranty card it says
1 YEAR WARRANTY
“We’ve designed your GOVO product to last.But if it breaks or goes wrong, your warranty has got you covered for 1 year”
These are the literal words on the warranty card
They did not cover my product
I emailed them
They said the word “broken” here is being referred to the sound
That if the sound breaks , then we will replace it
Think the customer’s are fools?
Seriously?
This was unexpected
Thats why its not a 5 star
Some suggestions id give to govo
Make the headphone extender from some metal or heavy grade plastic
Make the turning hinge on the headphone cups go the opposite way, not the way it is right now
Battery life is okay
Had to charge once in 2 days
Get better customer care people not once did they answer my call, i called like 12 times
Really disappointed with that
Also, the guy replying to my email didnt give any clarification on warranty
Simply said physical damaged isnt covered
Dude the warranty card literally says it is covered if it breaks.
