Hammer sells some products at discount prices but there is a defect in it, recently purchased a model ACE watch as it was not possible to change the time format from 24hrs called customer care the reply was we can’t modify that model.
The Typical Indian Buyer –
The only reason I chose Hammer vs other brands was it is an Indian co. that makes in India. But the watch is supported by app FitCloud Pro which is purely a Chinese app. The watch does not have any Indian language to choose.
Its shocking that Hammer being such a popular co. doesn’t have its proprietary application and relying on Chinese apps like FitCloud and DaFit.
The SPO2 monitor always show 97% whenever i test it.
There is no return option for this product also.

Firstly, as I’ve mentioned earlier I’ve tried many watches. Some of them, highly marketed were extremely disappointing. All of us wouldn’t compromise on accuracy of steps and parameters. But the fact of the matter is, unless you up your budget and get into the next segment, this will always be a problem. Most watches offer a few features at the expense of falling short elsewhere. This watch is good enough but for this price point one needs music storage and a good weather report. Both are missing. Besides, there’s no voice control. The other thing I’ve noticed is multi brands use the same 3rs party software, so you what kind of watch faces and info to expect. The watch faces here, out of 150, 20 odd are good. But who needs cartoons. The weather app is so basic. No forecast thst others provide at this price point. Steps as I said, 10 percent error is acceptable. Battery is good enough. One thing I noticed is, choose a light watch face instead of a colorful one and it tracks steps better. Reset phone after change of watch face. The results are better. So my sum up is good watch but lacks basic heatures but better, way better than maxima, and a few other big brands. If this was 3500 it was a blind buy

The battery life is impressive; with normal use, it easily lasts me around 3 days before needing a recharge. Overall, I highly recommend the Hammer Pulse Ace Plus Smartwatch

Look wise the smartwatch is excellent.
But in some features it’s way beyond other brands –
1) the hand raise sensor is not functioning properly!
2) the inbuilt speaker is very low in volume and very difficult to hear.
3) many a times the blootooth is getting disconnected.
