Fan is pretty much good. Having new technology with remote facility. No need to increase or decrease the speed of fan via conventional regulator. For overall product 5 stars but for installation 1 star. The installation guy came and did wrong installation. Connected the fan directly with main line and disconnected other lines from main line. Also, for bypassing the regulator, he charged extra 150rs even though installation was free. Very pathetic service
