Product is good . But packing and delivering is worst. Tray is affected by some chemical reaction . And while shipping they thrown the box and top of the OTG gone inside . I can return back . But it will take another 15!days to get the replacement.
Will Havells will fix the issue ?

Thanks for the nice packaging. Unfortunately got a product delivered with a defective door. Right side of the door won’t close properly leaving a gap. Please refer the photos attached.

Looks elegant and the dimensions fits well in my kitchen
I have observed that cooking/baking time is usually greater than what is mentioned in recipes, this could be because of baking utensils I use or even because of the the quantity.
Overall I am pleased with the purchase.
