This review is after 4 months use.
Product shipment and installation : The delivery executives served me in a appreciable manner. They placed the item in right place.
Working: Working is also good. No extra noise. Washing is proper
Issues: Build quality is comparatively poor. Before this, my washing machine was Haier. It worked about 7 years without much complaints. After getting this I dismantle the old product. I felt the body and plastic are very thick and durable. BUT according to my new Lloyd product drainage selecter knob brokened inside. I filed complaint. Service executive checked it and said it doesn’t come under warranty. He ordered and replaced it by charging Rs. 50 (anyway no service charge). I think if the motor and other parts lasts for years, there is no chance for plastic parts.

Now out of the 4 knobs 3 are broken including the replacement. Complainted 2 times and they will call back to know the complaint, but nobody visited yet. They are repeating the same argument ‘this is not under warranty’.
I know this plastic parts are not coming under warranty. But at the same time the company is responsible to made these parts as usable. Frequent complaint of particular part is the manufacturing defect of the company. So the company has the responsibility to satisfy a customer. But unfortunately I haven’t got it from Lloyd

Washing machine is worth against it’s cost. Packaging and delivery was very good like you purchased from near by store and transported. Team who installed the product was very polished and supportive, they installed the machine on first floor and happily took the machine using stairs. Over it was nice experience on big item.
