Value for money, Havells provides all accessories for standard lengths. This also uses new induction based technology.

Bought this useless product , since day one it is showing an error as E07 and the remote is not working too. Complaint twice on customer care asking for help but no one ever bothered to visit and check the product. Worst product, wordt customer service and worst after sale support but Havells. This was one of if the expensive gyser by Havells in this category and since day one the gyser is not working. I am trapped by buying this gyser now.

So apparently a returned/defective piece was delivered to me first, took ample pictures of it with the delivery person in it so that Amazon doesn’t reject any replacements! The replacement took about a week to arrive & then the brand technician took another week to install it. Overall it’s a great product as it’s working fine till now, although remote is also DoA. If it were possible I would’ve taken real life feedback from others but understand that YMWV.

Value for money, Havells provides all accessories for standard lengths. This also uses new induction based technology. This geyser is consumed less electricty and give us very hot water very quickly compare to other company water heater. Working good in hard water condition. Geyser looking beautifull and with it’s remote geyser function is easy to use. Suggest to buy ever people.
