I own basically the same OTG (the previous model Havell 28 RSS Premia).
Which is working fantastically.
I bought the same brand because I was very happy with it and the similar model because the size could fit in my space (see photograph). The old one is still working, I am replacing it because inside it has become too rusty.
On arrival of the new one I have compare it with the old one and I am very, very disappointed.
The power for cooking is not at all like as the previous one and basically the OTG is useless.
We would cook manly pizza with it and the new model can`t come even closer to the power required.
If you put your hand inside when it is at the maximum power with both the coils working you can keep it for several seconds without any problem, it is like an hair dryer kind of power feeling.
With the old one you have to be very quick to remove your hand, otherwise…
It is like to compare the power of a racing car with a bycicle…
My doubt:
being the two models basically the same, it is only the piece received defective ? (it was the last piece from the seller)
or the new model are all coming like that?
I really hope it is because the piece is defective. I need to buy this size OTG because, as I said, I have a limited space available in my kitchen.
For this reason I will try with local shops to make again my “hand test”. to see if they all come like that.
The last tought for Amazon:
when I have to purchase something that mention “last piece”,
it is almost never an incentive to buy in an hurry for taking the deal but almost always a feeling that, by being the last piece, something could be wrong because probably rejected by other customers.
I am sure I am not alone thinking this way.
Anyway the piece has been acepted immediately for rembursement and for this I`m happy of Amazon service.

Product is wrongly listed under microwave. IT IS OTG NOT microwave oven. It’s 1200watt & 16 litres capacity. Product is made in China. Purchased for Rs4257 on 01 Oct during Great Indian Festival. Seller Cloudtail Date of manufacture was August 2018 , product is more than one year old. Did not expect this from Cloudtail.. Delivered 7.10.19. Called Havells helpline and they installed it after 2days.
OTG is working fine. One year warranty. It is very easy to warm up food, make toast bake cakes. It takes about 10 mins to warm up rice taken out from refrigerator. Toast takes 2mins. 16litre size is a little small because you cannot put more than one or two utensils at a time. Dimensions of product are given in Amazon. You can also see Havells site for details. There is a 20 litres size also. Similar product is available w other brands. Almost all are made in China.

Efficient piece. Max temp of 240 deg C falls short of 250 needed for pizza. Over priced.
