I booked order and received it in 48 hours. Delivery guy was prompt on time and cooperative.
Looks: decent looks, I was using Crompton Jupiter before this. This does not look contemporary as Crompton Jupiter but looks modern and stylish. Three star to looks. Top cap has housing for remote. So if cavity to accommodate hook in roof is not big enough you may see gap between top cap and roof. Feedback to manufacturer.
Performance: fan is silent and gives good air flow no complaint here.remote works well. We installed two fans in living room
If you operate remote from distance both fans get operated .. you need to bring remote very close to fan if you want only one to be operated
Installation was easy
Only concern : first time I received fan with blades broken. Second time, underlight was falling down intermittently once you start fan, after three days ( guess fan was starting with jerk). This might cause serious accident. ( Again feedback to manufacturer) Third time I received okay fan. You need to be patient for accommodating damages

Noise. Very good light from the LED.
The colour tones of the LED can be changed by remote.
Giving four stars as the initial delivery did not come with the sensor of remote. Had to return it first time to get the better piece later.

Decent fan , silent than usual cealing fans & air delivery is definitely better than regular fans
Build quality is good , looks nice , quite stable during operation
however the max speed of the fan is not quite sufficient during hot summers !
Also there’s occasional ticking sound during start & sometimes during stop function
The remote sensitivity is very average- needs a particular direction pointing to function!
Very high priced though!

The Fan has its remote sensor outside and it is hanging . You can see in the photo that the upper cup is below the ceiling and the authorised person came to fit the FaN said that the cup will not touch the ceiling . I feel this fan spoiled my room ambience and Havell should think of better design . This is pure waste of around 10000/- if it doesn’t increase show of your room but spoils it. Havells do something

Bought 2 from Amazon. Both had issues(capacitor and pcb). Can not imagine new fans having such basic issues. Service is very bad. Till today(even after a month) one fan still has problem(works only on 5’speed). Had to follow up continuously for their response.. not worth spending 8.5k per fan and going through this hassle..
