Product looking is good and decent. But sound is more. Starting day will get plastic smell then after usage for 2-3 days you will not find any plastic smell.
If you fill water upto top water level indicator and on the cooler. The water is coming outside like rain drizzling along with air.

This desert cooler comes with a nice remote. I filled in the water (35L), and have been using it since 3-4 hours. Noise level is reasonable. What I like about this cooler is that the area it covers on the floor is much lesser than other coolers. So it is easy to carry around on caster wheels (provided).

Used this for kitchen during cooking, tank capacity is enough to last for long with my 3 hours a day was good for 5 days about. Cooling is great for this size and shape. My biggest issue is fan noise, it gets on to you, difficult to have conversation while this is running. Also water dripping sound gets loud at times. If one can get used to it then best!

I Purchase the last month suddenly stopping I checking but cooler is burning customer service not good response product is not good I’m not staffed

Stopped working in 2 weeks, and even after 5 days problem not resolved.
Coolers are not the good from Havells

Very noisy and low cooling. The space to let out the air is very small and it’s camouflaged for customer as if air comes out from large area. It’s not worth 10k or 5k
