Product is unreliable and so is the service (Vijayawada, Krishna, Andhra Pradesh).
Have faced issues with kitchen appliances (Rosia hob and Lexia chimney) – hob and chimney within the warranty period itself.
Installation experience is bad – delayed installation and unaligned installation of chimney to exhaust point.
Auto clean feature is a gimmick and not useful. Have to opt for manual internal cleaning service to clean the chimney grease periodically.
The door motor of the chimney stopped functioning after an year use, spare part is not available since few months – no solution until the part is available (using it with the door removed)
The hob has issue with the flame by design.
Overall wrong choice choosing these products.
