Had been using one for last 6 years without issue and hence purchased again from Hindware. While product is as expected, the person who came to install is a complete novice. He 1st drilled and isnatlled almost 1 feet above recommended height. He again drilled a new set of holes and installed at near about the recommend height.
Since I was not present during installation time, couos not check the result and later found out one side was resting on the glass instead of the bracket as it was pushed on the wall tiles.
Need to improve installation both time/delay from delivery and quality.

Product is good but noise is quite high.
Installation: Installation charge mentioned over here were ₹600 and ducting kit cost ₹1200, but service engineer who visited says ₹1450 for ducting kit, when I called Hindware, they provided local service centre number and asked to contact them and up inquiring their service centre executive on why there is a difference, she says why don’t you purchase it from online, she was so rude and says if you want to get it done then do it else don’t do it, we don’t bother about customers whether you take it or not. If you want to purchase then purchase yourself the ducting kit and call us then we will rearrange for installation. At the time of installation itself their service is like this so not sure how will they service if there is any issue with the product.

Delivery: As specified by amazon that delivery associate will put the product at the place where customer wants, but delivery associate charged ₹30 to put inside home.
Product: Good quality & worth to purchase.
Installation: As mentioned about installation charge ₹600, but service engineer charged ₹850, he told that ₹250 is travel allowance, as mentioned about duct pipe cost ₹1200, but service engineer charged ₹1680, he told is it different quality. For drilling in wall, standard fee ₹300 per drill.

Stopped working after 15 days of installation. No support from Hindware also. Even the product is on warranty, Hindware is not providing any support. Only promises of sending technician. No one comes.
Issue resolved in 7 days after complaint.
