I got my delivery on april 6th 2023, i have sold my old refrigerator the next day as they told that hisense executive will come for the installation next day of delivery. It’s been one week , no one from hisense showed for installation and when i called to customer service they said you can’t use untill executive come for installation otherwise warranty voids.

Internal & External Product Build Quality Well, Working fine since March 2023, The refrigerator has given so far high-quality performance. Hope it continues to give this level of performance for a long time.

3. good storage capacity
4. cooling is ok, but does not trouble
5. aftersales service needs to be experienced yet
6. aftersales does not matter much as experience with samsung, lg hasn’t been great either

Compared to other brands, it is much cheaper, but quality is good and cooling is also nice! Best thing is the vegetable and fruit baskets are on the top side. However, they could be a bit bigger in size. Or, more number of baskets could be provided.
