Very bad show by Hisense. I bought a fridge around just 6 months back and getting compressor n fan motor issues and extra moisture inside the fridge.
Trying to connect with customer care from the 2 momths and they are just passing time. Without doing inspection they confirmed that there is no issue with the product.
Won’t recommend to buy Hisense
I suggest never buy Hisense prodcuts, they are having very very poor quality and third class service / support. beware of Hisense,very poor customer service

Best side-by side refrigerator one can get with water dispenser. Best thing is that the tank of water dispenser is easily accessible hence can be cleaned without disassembling the door.
4 stars because its not exactly frost free and the water dispenser mechanism had to be fixed by feviquick because of flaw in design.

I brought this refrigerator last may 2022 and now it has a cooling issue the compressor is not switching on and after speaking to a customer service they sent a 3rd party technician and he said motherboard is not working and he charged me for service fee of 550 and he said your warranty has just finished it’s been 2 days so we can’t cover the motherboard with the warranty so it will cost me around another 5k to get the motherboard fixed and I called the hisense customer service regarding this issue they also said the same thing if it is under the warranty we can do it free of cost and what’s my question is are they making a products which will be working for only 1 year because it’s just 2 days after the warranty.
Even I agreed to pay the amount they can’t sort the issue it’s been 8 days since my refrigerator is not working and they don’t even care about it worst customer service and worst company.
I don’t recommend you to purchase hisense products which got the serious quality issues they are making the products only work for 1 year.
Total loss of 56k for me to choose this idiotic company
