There’s absolutely no after sales customer care. No. of emails sent remain unresponsive. Toll free no. is not functional. All emails ids and toll free no. seems to be namesake. The fridge maybe purchased if no warranty is needed.

Dent under the door and middle of the door. Delivered earlier.
Refused to take it to door( first floor- given in the address)

The freezer takes more time to freeze things unless set to the coldest temperature but build up frost a lot, u can defrost it by setting the temperature to 0 tho. Overall does the job. and there’s hardly any noise

I was very skeptic after reading cons fromfew reviews..cooling good.freezer good .light is good.in other reviews it was mentioned like ice was not forming in freezer.Not in my case.it easily formed good ice cubes.its v spacious for it’s tiny quantity..I ordered it for my kitchen use in my top floor of my two storied home.purpose solved.u can keep all items enough to keep ur kitchen running….overall it’s a 5/5 for me.

The media could not be loaded.
I bought it after research. My reasons for buying it are the low noise operation, 10 year compressor warranty, and 2 star power rating which atleast I needed it. Disappointing it has no lock system, no good cooling system, cant froze food. And what a surprise for me that it has almost no noise. I have not had any problems in 2 days of testing. If anyone planning to buy UNDER 100L capacity than go for this for MAX 10k. I will update pros and cons after 1 month of use.
