This is a good TV. After some research and watching review videos I purchased this. Everything is good except when you play HDR video via Fire Stick it flickers screen like your panel is faulty. I tried using another fire stick also but same issue. So if you are buying to see HDR video then this is not a good TV. Even hisense technician could not resolve this issue. Also on all four corners of screen dull light is visible. I have heard many people facing same issue.

The panel is extremely good. Colors are natural and details are really good. Gaming is really awesome on this TV. 120hz 4k. Its takes fair advantage of my xbox series x.
The blacks of this tv are really nice. Even shadows have detailing when played on this tv. Really happy with it.

I suggest not to buy this QLED TV if you require a real QLED display so please go to another branded TV because I already have another QLED TV but I show the wrong review in the app and purchase this product
Black colour in the screen shines and does not show the actual black colour and other colours are also not good as per my point of view

QLED is just for the sake of name but actual quality is below 4k.
Also vidaa software is not good as well.
Lack of app support such as Jio TV, Jio Cinema, MX player etc. Even the existing apps keep crashing especially Prime video… Also mirror casting keeps lagging. This Vidaa OS is too much poor… Kindly avoid buying this otherwise you have to regret as it doesn’t contain most of the Indian entertainment app such as Airtel Xtreme Play, MX player etc.
Also customer service is very poor… They only come home to just reset your TV no matter what the issue is. They only do reset. No service or request number is there after you raise a complaint. Also no one will visit to check.
