Kindly return this Product because Indoor and outdoor are mismatched to each other and as per the Hitachi we can’t install the item.

I have ignored the earlier reviews ache took a chance to buy this product, and deeply regret it. Terrible service by Hitachi. It’s been a week and still the installation is not done. Mind you it’s a paid installation yet no response from the people. I really want to return this product now but can’t do it. Trust me and don’t think of buying this brand.

Hitachi is close to the best in performance and this porudct is very good at this price point. Simple and easy to use, no fancy gizmos. Hitachi fails misreably is service ,support and installation., I have 4 Hitachi units bought at different points of times through different channels and I faced installation ( read horrible/messed up installtion) for all the units and one of them ended up with gas leak at the joint and another gave water leakage in wall spoiling entire woodwork and now this unit was installed in a very uniquiely stupid way where main wire had to be extened with joints for both units ( when there was abundant space to place unit anywhere ) gave a feed back to installation team they havent got back yet. HITACHI needs to seriously work on better team for support and installtion random ” mechanics” who come to you has “”professionlas”” are spoiling HITACHI brand name

Dont rven think of buying Hitachi air conditioner. Its a bad bad bad AC.
Ugly customer service. They wait for ac to go out of warranty and then fix problem to charge higher amounts.
