I purchased this laptop in my last travel to US. When it arrived, I quickly turned it on and everything looked ok, except that it had Windows 10 instead of 11, but not big deal, it was just a matter of updating it. When I arrived home (abroad), I started working with it, and every 15/30 minutes, it showed Windows error blue screen. I contacted HP and Microsoft and follow all the controllers update steps, and diagnosis steps. After multiples virtual meetings, HP determined there was a hardware issue. Despite the laptop had International warranty, HP refused to fix it abroad. Also, I had to travel back to US 3 months later and the seller (Happy Ranger) refuse to accept a return. As a result, SSD disk and ram 16Gb damaged, I had to fix it on my own…
