After receiving this last week, packaging was good but that was about it. Turning the computer on for the first time I was expecting to be able to have files from my old machine transfer over to my new laptop but no big deal I could it manually. Once I started using this laptop I didn’t feel the speed of the machine was what it should be. I called support which was HP and they didn’t really have any answers for me. I timed response times on both laptops and the timings were pretty close to each other
My old laptop only had 16gb of ram so finding the timings close rather surprised me and HP had no real answers. The color of the laptop was beautiful. I did end up returning the laptop.
