The build quality is superb, I exchanged my Surface Pro4 to this Laptop, the RAM and the Windows 11 is awasome. Over all I am very satisfied with this product.
Pros: –
1. Super smooth operation,
2. registration is damn easy with Microsoft account
3. Windows Office activation for Home is very easy to start with,
4. Speaker and Back light key borad is very easy to use,
5. Via USB c – You can charge with any charger
6. Dsplay quality looks vibrant
7. Web Cam seems to be very good focussing capability
8. I am using a Microsoft pen, which I could get a space to hold it
Cons:-
1. No Screws to open the Computer at the back
2. Windows 11 sets up is bit different than those who are used to W10
3. Bottom body is plastic, other parts are aluminium – i9t also could have been made Alu too

But it’s getting sevearly heated within sometime.

Excellent. Two major issues. The warranty says 30-Sep-21 to 30-Sep-22 even though item was purchased on 14-Dec-21. The other issue is with the ethernet. Each time we start the pc we need to manually remove the adaptor for it to be recognised.

Got a very bad service experience for the first laptop(software update issue) as Amazon uses third party technical support.
Though the replacement product also had the same issue(battery indicator not showing correct battery status while discharging). I solved it myself. And there’s no other issue I faced in 2 months of use.
Display is noticeably reflecting when the worplace is black. Same like mobile display.

There is very minor heating, which I resolved using a cooling fan. Maybe this is common…Also speaker position being on the bottom, sound seems to be low when there are surrounding sounds..Apart from this, everything is just good..

Loved the cuteness of laptop looks and build quality. Trying my best to find the deficiency but couldn’t succeed since there’s nothing to blame. 😍 I reduced two star since I got one defect in touchpad which is loose and found to be faulty and though I’m not satisfied so i have returned it but now I can see the price has been increased and I’m waiting for it to come down so I can buy it again.

I purchased dy-0053du. 16 gb ram and intel i5 11th gen processor. Touch is very smooth and everything works flawlessly. Comes with MS Office for lifetime. And McAfee for 1 month. Windows 11 preinstalled. Good product.
Excellent for students. Can play games on mid settings.
