We were looking for affordable and quality RO purifier. This fit our budget and it’s really compact and great for 2 people living in a house. Water tastes good and the installation process was smooth.

Although PureIT local service provider of my city didn’t come even calling him for 2 days. But HUL executive contact me to get update on installation and when I told them the same he proactively take follow up and get the installation done in next day.
The service engineer who came to install the RO machine is very nice and knowledgeable.
Overall very satisfied with HUL. Also, it’s been a week and the RO machine is working fine.
