I order this product from Amazon 2 months back. Got delivery on time and installation was also quickly done next day though installation team took pressure reading of tap water before they release the product for use. I have been using purifier for couple of months now and faced nill issues. It delivers 2 liters per minute or so output and water is as clean and tasty as one can desire.
All in all, it’s a very good quality robust product that I would highly recommend.

I wanted to buy a non RO based water purifier. RO based purifier are not recommended for use in the long term as it destroys essential minerals of water. RO based water is not required where the Muncipal water is below 200 TDS. This PureIt water purifier is really good for Municipal water purification where the TDS is below 200.
It is the entry level water purifier with four stage water purification. Easy to use. I am happy with the product
I am absolutely disappointed with installation engineer who visited for installation. Why doesn’t PureIt enasure that the installation guys are paid adequately. Whenever they visit any client for installation they always have a target of making the client pay a minimum of Rs. 300-500 for one or the other reason. They won’t ever give you a genuine advise. Though the installatuion is free, they will ensure that you are forced to pay them for one or the other reason. This all can be avoided, if Pureit ensures that they are paid adequately for each installation. During installation, I had to shell out Rs. 150/- for a nozzle (see pic) which otherwise would have cost Rs. 10/-, if purchased from a local store.

Delivery & installation-
Got the product on time, soon followed by installation. Only thing is technician was charging Rs 100 for a stopper which is available in local hardware store at half the price. Also these guys were a bit dicy as they tried to submit feedback using my phone to which I flatly refused. Next challenge was getting a tube to fit the nozzle, not easily available. HUL should do something about above points.
Product –
It has standard appearance but the sediment filter is separate unit outside the main body. This is not shown in the photos. It comes with an auto cut off system which stops dispensing water after few litres. This can be boon as there are no musical alerts. But this can be a disadvantage if say you are filling up a drum.
