The media could not be loaded.
It was installed after 3 week of delivery. And it is out of order after 6 months. It is very difficult to connect customer care. After lodging complain no one till now contact or attend for repairing. So I request to not to buy this product which has no after sale service.

Overall, I would highly recommend IFB washing machines to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient washing machine.
However, the only downside is that the machine can be a bit noisy during the spin cycle, but it’s not a major issue for me.”
