The media could not be loaded.
Product is purchased on 0ct 2020. Engineer visited for free service. After that machine is making lot of noice.
Second time service engineer visited we have informed engineer. He informed 2.way coil is having problem. Will raise the indent for the same

Machine is good, but IFB service is not good.
The man who came for installation did not explained all functionalities of the machine. also told buy IFB’s stand for machine, did not ready to set up it on our stand even it’s quality is Good.

Using this washing machine for more than 8 months. I am satisfied with the performance. Installation service was fast and prompt even though they try to sell other accessory during that time. Overall good and value for money product.

Worth the price, looks to be 2018 model which is fine considering quite a lot old models floating in the product list in Amazon. My only piece of advice is just watch out for the service folk’s – I had to chase them to visit for demo and he smartly oversold some liquid for better washing to my parents.

This machine was delivered by Amazon, quick delivery, good condition.
The machine is very efficient, does the job well and is easy to use as well.
I would surely recommend this to others . The noise level is moderate and spin cycles are averagely of 1hr 30 mins to 1 hr 45 mins .

Daily Customer –
The so called new washing machine Drum has rust over one part as you can see in the images and the filter lid doesn’t lock properly leaving a gap.
Also the back panel has has gap in the bottom left and is not locking properly, the IFB care technician said it is common in online products delivered as they procure slightly defective pieces from the company and resell it at lower prices online.
Did not place a return since the technician said said it won’t cause any function or running problems.
People who are planning to buy large appliances beware and shop it offline after verifying the product with your own eyes even they cost a couple of thousands more offline in stores.
NOTE: If defect comes on a product after buying it offline the company can arrange a replacement immediately but they won’t send a replacement for online orders. I have confirmed it with the zonal manager of IFB in my location.

5 star performance from this machine.
Latest model, low noise even at 1000 rpm and full load. Washing quality is amazing, even the old clothes started looking like a new. Easy to use and real value for money.

Amazon has stopped packing the goods with its packing on the packing of the manufacture which I saw coming till jan 20. Due to cost saving process, I received a corner dented washing machine which cud have been saved had they done their own packing or was it dented when it left amazon godown?? Bit disappointing on that front..
