We recived this item one month later from the order date and we worried. But they delivered geniune product and in good condition. The second day, technicion from IFB also came and the unit working ok.

Noise level is high.
User-friendly machine
We are paying only for brand IFB. Because same features available in other brands with low cost. Anyway it’s worthable product. Iam satisfied with this product.

The User Interface is very very complex and difficult to use. There are 10 useless modes and it takes 10-15mins just to get the machine started because many modes don’t work and it takes 3min for modes to be reset.
There’s no clear option for a custom mode or a favourite move. You will end up wasting 15 min every time you want to wash plus the frustration!
All front load washing machines clean well. Prefer an Alternate brand except IFB if you really want to avoid everytime hassles of resetting machine.

Product looks good and having some additional features, but bit noisy and bit vigrates while spinning (it’s normal vibrates).
If you are not willing to bare noise and vibrate don’t go for it. Else u can choose this product.

I am using IFB washing machine for last 15 years and have no major issues. This new machine is equally good.
But I have a concern. IFB mandates customer to either use IFB recommended machine stand or else there staff would install machine on ground. No company can force customer to use its own recommend product, this is sheer violation of norms. If it’s so important, then IFB should give it as default accessory.

This is one of the best washing machine as it is not only user friendly but it has zero noise level. And above all made in India.
