This is the model which they offered with a good deal but the major drawback with the display is not available on the board. So, timing functions are manually remembered when we use them.

In contrast to the existing IFB Serena 5.5 Kg. machine that is in continuous use with us for the last 13-14 years viz-e-viz this model is, that after the wash, drainage and spin, the water retention in the clothes is very high, hence cannot serve our purpose. We need a machine that should retain minimum moisture so that after hanging in the sun the clothes get dried up soon. I would welcome the technical assistance from IFB who may guide me selecting a washing machine to suit our needs. We need only an IFB machine and no other brand because it is sturdy and efficient.

Writing this review after using the product for about 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with this washing machine. Specially steam wash quality is really noticeable. Spinning vibration is very minimal (so far best compared to what I used earlier). Build quality is really sturdy and as a result machine is surprisingly heavy.
Free installation done within 48 hr. (I didn’t call CC myself, instead they called me within 24 hrs.).
Installation engineer was really well mannered and explained all the functions.
Overall a good purchase.

Good looking and shining clothes after washing ossam drum half moon design and structure the gel type liquid was too good but external charges are heavy over all IFB MEANS IFB😍 fully satisfied for this brand

Unfortunately, the delivery experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery personnel arrived promptly, but the whole process quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal.
Upon delivery, they informed me that the old washing machine I wanted to exchange was not in good condition, and they demanded an extra payment of 1500 rs in cash. Despite my willingness to make the payment, I requested a receipt as proof of transaction, which they outright refused to provide. This lack of transparency left me feeling uneasy and unsure about the legitimacy of the additional charge.
Furthermore, the delivery team proceeded to install the new machine while taking away the old one, leaving me with no option to reconsider the transaction. Their insistence that I would be liable for the full price of 4500 rs if the old machine was rejected during their inspection seemed completely unfair, as I had already paid for the exchange service.
As a customer, I expected a more professional and transparent service from third party vendor. Unfortunately, the entire process left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I am deeply disappointed with this delivery experience. Moreover he asked me to open the delivery page and rated 5 star on the delivery page by himself. Now I cannot edit that rating.
I promptly contacted Amazon’s customer service to address my concerns, and the agent told me not to pay any extra amount to the delivery person whenever he calls me. Then after 5-6 hours after they picked up the machine, I got a call from the third party vendor supervisor that the issue was resolved, you do not need to pay any extra money.
