I purchased this product after lot of research. Initially was not very sure, but later decided to go ahead with this and I am happy that I am not disappointed. The delivery was smooth, the service engineer came on the very next day and installation was done. I have been using this for 3 weeks now and machine performance is really good. Many people complained about loud noise and vibration but honestly I don’t feel sound is any bothering factor. If the machine is properly installed on a plane surface then it won’t vibrate. Only when machine runs on full load, then there is little sound but that is completely acceptable, don’t know why people are complaining about this. I am attaching video which shows machine sound when it runs at maximum rpm. Overall I am happy with this machine so far.
