Washing machine is good, sturdy, heavy, low noise while operating, doesn’t vibrate much even on 1400 rpm spin, good build quality. Please don’t use washing machine stand as it will vibrate and these are meant to be placed on floor directly. Customer Support is good, recently there was small issue, contacted Customer support and support guy visited next day and solved problem. Just remember to use descaling powder once per month to keep machine clean & use the original one only.

I had used Bosch 7kg, Compared to that this one is More effective and comes with Steam support. No noise found during drain. AI gives a good support for the cloth detection. Just go for it… No second Thoughts… 🙂

Have been using my old ifb machine for past 16 years , experience had been good but due to its age and spares shortage, was looking for a new one. My experience with my area’s ifb representative was very good so was looking for ifb itself.
During Amazon sale , got my ifb 8kg senator neo sxs (silver) 1200rpm 2033 model for 24k including sbi credit card discount (3500rs) , coupon (2000rs) and old machine exchanged (3000rs) . The best deal one can find online or offline.
Amazon delivered machine in 2 days as expected, installation team arrived next day , everything done .
Note : ifb representative may pressurize you to get their own water softener on mrp price , if not your warranty will be void , dont fall for such claims.
I excalated the issue to his seniors and got this solved.
Now i have a farily better water softener in place . Descaling is important every 4 months .
Coming to product,
Pros :-
Washing quality , low noise of 1200rpm inverter motor and drum,
Lesser electricity consumption, 4years comprahensive warranty.
No vibrations
Cons :-
AI control is just marketing gimmick,
Nothing else for now .
Will update after few months of usage of my experience.
