Feeling full vinration, worst prodct sold throgh Amazon. Full vibration. It’s difficult to hold also. Not washing properly. No value for money, don’t buy online. Service intaller from IFB also not good. He don’t even know how to install.

Got my prodcut delivered on time.. But installation accessories costed me more.. we need to take IFB stabilizer, Water purifier which costed me more . Because they say not to use other company stabilizer as if any operational damage may not be covered under warranty. Installation accessories is only disappointed me because i was not prepared to pay for it.. Hence please also consider accessories cost before buying it they might come 30% of your total machine cost..

Water was leakage from new brand washing machine , may be it could be happened due to used machine and may be because of any testing done earlier before delivery .

This machine comes with a program where the device runs at full RPM for 5 mins twice during the washing cycle, which produces a lot of noise and vibration.

The inside parts were lose, which caused display malfunction, had to call customer care and tight them up.

Worst Support.Washing machine is vibrating wildly from day 1 of use.Called IFB customer care and it’s a pathetic experience of staying on call from 15 mins could connect with customer care.No one turned up even after a week of raising complaint.
