Iffalcon is a very bad tv…after 3 months of purchase the screen started going off..after calling the co..the technician says the mother board is gone. They ordered for another mother board which was also not working..they again order for another mother board which was again a defective piece..they do not answer the calls..please dont buy this tv if you guys want to save money,time and energy.very very dissappointed with the product and the service

Very good product so far. 4K 75inch TV is a beautiful addition to the home. Sometimes the android OS seems to lag a little bit while selecting certain options from the menu.\n\nHowever, we were utterly disappointed with technician who came for the installation of the TV. We wanted the TV to be wall mounted, but the technician was not completely aware of how to go about installing the TV on the wall. Even simple operations such as putting the correct screws into the clamps on the TV and drilling holes in the wall for the bracket was botched up by this technician. He did not consider the viewing height of the TV in proportion to our seating distance, height and viewing angle. He did not even fix all the screws that were needed to keep the wall bracket from falling off the wall. All this was after delaying the installation by a day because he said installing a 75 inch TV on the wall is a two man job and then turning up by all by himself on the day of installation. He seemed more interested in completing the installation and demo within 30 mins and getting out rather than ensuring that his work is of good quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. We had to undo all the work that he did and call a professional AV technician to come and redo all the work. \n\nWe definitely recommend this TV for its quality, size and capabilities considering its price in relation to other big brands in the market.

First I would like to appreciate Flipkart for the service. I decided to buy the TV and paid money in evening. Next day by 12 product was delivered on Saturday. the installation was due on Sunday. I personally called Iffalcon team for installation however all they could do was give ticket number and promise installation in next 24 hours. Flipkart updated the status by 1 pm and by 2 pm I had received the installation technician number. \n\nThe installation was completed by 5.30 PM. I am not sure if a showroom can deliver a 75 inch tv and have installation done within 24 hours. 5* for Flipkart for such great service.\nThe installation engineer could have been better trained. \n\nWhen I started watching TV the clarity was excellent but lacked the movie feel, it looked artificial. the movie feel was missing and I felt disappointed. \nI did lots of research online. 4k movie trailer on YouTube looked artificial. Samsung and LG also had this feature called opera soap effect which could be turn off. I tried to turn off the effect but could not find the option to do so.\nI called customer care the representative Krishna did understand the trouble as he facing similar problem on his tv however dint know the solution to it. Krishna offered me technician visit by next day. \nI tried several combination of picture settings for 2 days. The technician called and checked about the problem. He was on the way to fix the issue. Luckily I found the correct settings and yes… it was perfect. \n\nI was very happy. I had seen bahubali movie in one of the best theater in Bangalore. I played the movie on Netflix. I have no words about the clarity. it just blew my mind. The movie that I seen 3 times looked so clear and new. \nTried 4k Aquaman trailer in 4k mode and it stream flawless. Such colors and clarity. I have a 48 inch 4k ultra hd tv and bought this and my old 4k tv can’t show even 25% picture quality of what this tv is capable. \n\nWe can pay 2 lakhs more for a big brand TV which does same or less then what Iffalcon is capable. The TV is outstanding, I totally recommend buyers to go for this LED TV. This is t he first time i am writing such long review, The product deserves it.

Very good tv,pictures are crystal clear delivered the product in 12 hrs after placing order ,installation was done on the same day delivery everything was great with Flipkart
