It’s an average product. The stainless steel gets rusty very fast.

Does the job, but so does the simple exhaust fan. Replaced my exhaust fan with this chimney. There is not much upgrade in terms of suction. It’s easier to clean chimney filter than burr on fan blades. Asthetically looks better than fan. Protects ceiling from oil deposit. But its more noisier than exhaust fan. Easier to repair as simple electric components are used. Led lights are useful.

Chimney was good working condition but noise is too high level 76 decibels. So must reduce that noise level

Its first time to have the experience of Inalsa as when I was planning to buy a chimney the price of this chimney was lowest in Amazon. I thought this will be fit in my budget and I ordered it as per my requirements. Finally item delivered in my place within the time line….but now the problems starts when I called in their customer care for installation and ask the charges they told me only 475/ to pay and I told them for visit the service guy, then service guy came and his behaviour was not the professional first thing he said your kitchen doesn’t suit for moduler kitchen even my kitchen was already semi moduler …and he didn’t fit my chimney in correct destination even I asked them you are fitting in wrong place he told me your kitchen is not as per chimney and adviced me you will have to cut the cover of chimney almost 3mm…I told them why he said your kitchen not as per the standard….any way leave it now I come in service charge he took 1846rs for service charges instead of 475rs I was shocked he told me length of your chimney pipe is not accurate and you will have to pay 1000 rs for that and also he took 150 for another chares and 280 rs for gst amout I was now totally shocked.,.total service charges he took 1846rs whicha was against the eithic…. I don’t recommend to others don’t buy this this is too costly than the showing price wrost service guy…….total cost of the product in Amazon 5200/ but till the installation total cost I paid 5200+1846=7046

The pipe for exhaust is made of plastic which flutters while the chimney is on

Noise level is tollerable, light is a bit less ,suction power is good. Overall a good product . The chimney was fixed in time by the agency .

Installation including almunium piping is a bit expensive almost half the cost of chimney, but for entry level product it’s not bad. Value for money. Customer service is very fast and prompt. Installation guys r courteous and respond to your problems. Only one issue, they will not drill duct holes. That you will have to coordinate with your carpenter. Which is an additional cost. Overall experience is good, satisfactory.
