This is 2nd time I’m ordering this kettle . Very happy with purchase

Overall product is mostly at par with competitors in terms of build quality and price, as I have used a similar glass kettle from another brand. But one thing that immediately bothered and continues to bother me each and every day is the flaw in the design of the hinge for the lid. The opening angle and lock isn’t enough to keep it open on it’s own most of the time, it stays in place if you if carefully open and leave it there. So it requires extra time and effort to fill water on most days as you have to hold the lid to keep it open and it also comes in the way, so not very user friendly and kind of a frustrating start to the day as it’s mostly used for morning coffee/tea. Should try and change that and release a revised and improved version.
One advantage is that Inalsa offers 2 years warranty with offer to extend even more, which I think is best in class, and that was a major deciding factor to buy this. But to me, user experience matters more than service support, and knowing the flaw now I’d recommend going for one in which the lid opens more if you’re like me.

Been using for couple of days. Water is boiled quickly and the led light indicates whether its still ON or OFF. Overall, we feel that we made a good choice

The features like auto shut off, size and look of the electric kettle are nice.
