The product itself is great and works well. However there was no outside packaging and no protection. The actual product box was sent wrapped only in cling film. Its amazing the product was not damaged. See attached pictures

This is an amazing product.
Lookwise – very compact. Sleek. Best for storage as well. Doesn’t take much space. Looks really expensive and feels wonderful in the kitchen
Function wise: I got three jars. I haven’t used the biggest one. But the other two works wonderfully. Whatever u give them…it grinds so smoothly and peacefully within seconds. I’m glad I ordered this one. Pretty satisfied with this product.

I have been using INALSA mixer grinder since almost 15 years, hence I ordered this. But I am highly disappointed with this product. Its quality can not at all be compared to the one I have been using since 15 years. The jar, the wires, the lid and everything don’t seem to be durable. Have initiated for refund.

not everything cheap from inalsa works fine 😮😮 blades just don’t do their job properly.
The lid opens and spills everything even if you cover it with your hands.!!!
I just don’t recommend this product
