While driving,we can’t use it because of noise. You can hear songs and listen to news. Not useful for speaking.

One of the gretest earbuds. Sound is very clear and base is also good. Voice catching power of the microphone is also strong. But the force of the sound is little bit low, I’ve to hear the music section in high volume level. So, if there is any place of rectification then Harman Infinity have to change it. Overall great product. Recomend to everyone..👍🏻

The TWS Earphones look to be of excellent build quality. I would not suggest rough handling, but it looks very robust. I used this on a laptop and a smartphone and the volume is way too low in comparison to my wired Blaupunkt earphones. Note that the Blaupunkt earphones cost around 600 INR. Are all TWS like this? I googled this and found out that all bluetooth headphones have a relatively lower volume, is this unfixable? I tried some tips suggested online but it still sounds the same. It’s not unusable, but as a long time user of wired earphones/headphones, it feels REALLY low. It’s a *** product with the current sound volume level, if I found a hack to raise the volume by 25%-40% – it would be a ****/****1/2 product, easy.
Also, my charge percentage keeps jumping around for some reason. I connected it to a laptop at 100%. I had to disconnect and reconnect, and it went to freakin’ 70%?!?! WTF? Then five minutes later, it went to 90%. I have no idea how it lost 10% within the span of 5-10 minutes with practically no usage. I’m unsure if I should ask for a replacement, or if this issue is purely software related. (Both the volume and the charging)
It would be nice if the seller could help with this.

Everything is good but loudness could be improved. Noise is better performer in this range. Bass is fair.
No battery indicator available on case so you won’t came to know when it gets discharged.
