I bought this for use with my work computer. I’m in Teams meetings all day, and the ease of having this speaker/mic at the ready at all times is fantastic…so much better than a headset. Plus, if I’m on camera, I don’t look so dorky. I connect the USB to that machine, and then also connect my phone via Bluetooth. Two handsfree devices for the price of one. Win win. I imagine I sound a bit ‘speaker phony’, but everyone expects that, and no one has commented that it’s especially noticeable. Only downside is that the sound coming out of it is not as rich and nuanced as I might have hoped. I’ve played with placing the unit on different mats and surfaces. A cork backed mousepad seems to be best. The real upside is Jabra customer service. I called early on with an issue that turned out to be a Teams bug. They new all about it, and offered an immediate fix. Later, the phone connection was acting up, and they sent a replacement unit, no charge. Now, that’s customer service! IDK if their higher-end units have richer sound, but for the price this unit fits the bill.

working from home, I was growing weary with an older polycom USB as it was crackling because of the old the wires. a teammate suggested this one and it had mostly good reviews. the sound is very crisp and clear for the listener, it is a very clear receiver and speaker. I would buy it again, but hopefully don’t have to. it’s sneaky though, remember to mute it, the buttons are touch haptic, so you have to pay attention to the colors. we use so many different meeting apps too, Teams, slack, google, and of course zoom. it learns after a few times what to connect to and will become the default speaker to use for each app. patience.

Got this on a great sale deal and works fantastic for conference calls with a group of people. It’s the same one used at my work place and i got it for very cheap. Jabra products are the best for calling and pretty good for music or video watching. I would recommend it to anyone that would need this type of device for talking sessions.

Great speaker/mic for working at home. Crystal clear, however there are 2 issues I had with it. 1) Keeps asking to be connected via bluetooth even though it’s connected via USB on my laptop 2) After only 8 months, it no longer power up. Would never buy such a pricy product which lasts less than a year

I work from home and this is the best purchase I’ve made. The sound is incredibly clear, and connections are made easily and quickly via Bluetooth to my Mac. Those on the other end say they have no idea I’m on a speakerphone. I am very clear to them. I do wish it was Amazon Chime compatible, but that’s not a complaint, only a desire.
